jeff@millerenergygroup.com

Jeffrey Miller is an experienced oil and gas professional with a particular focus on helping mineral owners, landowners, and oil and gas companies negotiate agreements that create value for all parties. He has worked with a wide range of mineral owners to structure successful transactions and understands the complexities of buying, selling, and leasing mineral rights. Jeff has led transactions in the midstream pipeline sector and overseen the leasing and acquisition of mineral rights across more than 100,000 acres.

A fifth-generation Coloradan, Jeff has deep roots in the state. He grew up south of Denver and attended Cherry Creek High School before earning a degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon. After graduating, he returned to Colorado to build his career in the state he proudly calls home. Prior to founding Miller Energy Group in 2019, Jeff worked with James C. Karo Associates and Lincoln Energy Partners, where he developed expertise in oil and gas leasing, right-of-way and easement acquisition, pipeline construction, contract negotiation, mineral rights acquisition, and project management across Colorado, Mississippi, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.

Outside of work, Jeff is a devoted Denver sports fan and a proud supporter of the Oregon Ducks. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing with a good glass of whiskey. Jeff lives in Denver with his wife, Lindsay, and their son, James.

Jennifer Ayvaz is a Colorado native with more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, bringing a background that spans both in-house roles and independent consulting. She began her career with Chandler Energy, LLC in 2005, helping guide the company through its merger into publicly traded GeoResources, Inc. in 2007 and its subsequent acquisition by Halcón Resources, Inc. in 2012. Jennifer remained with Halcón until 2016, when she transitioned to independent land consulting.

Since then, Jennifer has worked closely with Northstar Energy Company, LLC and Three Forks Resources, LLC, providing strategic land, title, and mineral ownership expertise. She joined Miller Energy Group in 2023, where she continues to leverage her extensive experience in mineral acquisitions, title analysis, and complex land transactions. Her work has focused on many of the country's premier producing regions, including the Williston, DJ, and Powder River Basins, as well as the Permian and Uintah Basins.

Jennifer has been a member of the Junior League of Denver since 2014 and has served in leadership roles supporting the organization's Holiday Mart fundraiser. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, and their two German Shepherds. A lifelong Denver Broncos fan and avid traveler, Jennifer loves exploring new destinations and creating lasting memories with her family.
